• Develop scalable and reliable software solutions to address challenges encountered in high-volume data processing scenarios on the platform.
• Collaborate closely with backend, frontend, QA, design, and concept teams to align efforts with the company’s and team’s objectives.
• Assume ownership of the development cycle, from ideation through implementation and testing to observation and maintenance, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Actively participate in knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization.
• Design and optimize solutions for efficient high-volume data processing to ensure a seamless experience for our advertisers.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and stay abreast of emerging technologies to guide and enhance our project’s technical roadmap.
• Conduct comprehensive code reviews to uphold state-of-the-art code quality.
• Bring at least 3 years of backend development experience with Kotlin.
• Demonstrate expertise in designing, building, and architecting large-scale, concurrent, and distributed low-latency backend systems that are performant and highly available.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders from both technical and non-technical backgrounds.
• Showcase proficient problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and an entrepreneurial mindset to drive initiatives forward.
• Possess a solid understanding of architecture and design patterns.
• Communicate fluently in English, our company’s language.
